The Management and Administration Agreement between Selston Parish Village Halls Charity and Selston Parish Council was approved by Selston Parish Village Halls Charity at their AGM on 4 November 2024 and further approved by Selston Parish Council on 25 November 2024. This was subsequently readopted by Selston Parish Council on 20 May 2025.
