Members of the public are welcome to attend and anyone wishing to address the Council can do so, on items which appear on the agenda. An agenda is set out below.

- To note the resignation of Cllr Stephen Whyles
- If an election is called in respect of Cllr Whyles’ vacancy and the election becomes contested, consider whether the Parish Council would wish to have poll cards issued by ADC
- To consider co-option of 1 Councillors for Selston, 1 Councillor for Jacksdale and 3 Councillors for Underwood
- To receive declarations of interest from Councillors
