The Chair opened the discussion by asking if everyone agreed that the Parish Council owned the piece of land in question. It was unanimously agreed that this was the case.
A long discussion then took place about the various options open to the Parish Council to move the matter forward.
RESOLVED: To follow the advice received from the Parish Council’s Solicitor and request that the other party proves their ownership within 21 days, if that is what they are now claiming. It was agreed that the Parish Council would consider further options in due course, if the matter was not resolved within the 21 days.
